Hassle Free Returns:

We hope you love every item you purchase from us. However we do offer a 14 days return policy where you can return any unused/unworn items, in their original packaging, with tags still attached, in a re-saleable condition. 

Non-Returnable Items include:
Personalised Items, Made To Order Items, 
Socks, Booties and Tights. All hats must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in there original packaging. Any items returned to us on this list will be refused on arrival and returned to yourself along with a fee for the return price.
Shoes must be returned in there original box and packaging, unworn and with the bubble wrap provided secured around the box to avoid any damaged being caused while in transit back to our warehouse. 

All returns must be returned in a saleable state, in the original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without a label or in the original packaging will not be accepted for a return. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information regarding this.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size, please return your order for a refund and reorder the required size on our website.

We recommend always sending your items with a signed for service.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be liable for any parcels that go missing or are damaged on their journey to us. 

Important Information: 
Please ensure to include your original order invoice within the parcel so we can perform a quick and easy return. You will receive an email when we have received your parcel and please allow 7-14  days for a return to be processed and appear back in your original payment method. Your refund price will include the item cost, including any promotional code used. Original delivery cost is non-refundable. 
If the order included free postage originally, this will be taken from the return.

If your item arrives by any chance faulty or defective please email us within 72 hours of receiving your items at the email address provided to discuss. Queries made after 72 hours cannot be investigated further unfortunately. We do quality check all items before sending out and any items returned as faulty will be checked thoroughly for tampering. If an item is faulty we will cover the delivery cost of returning the item to us.
