We hope you love every item you purchase from us. However we do offer a 14 days return policy where you can return any unused/unworn items, in their original packaging, with tags still attached, in a re-saleable condition. Please Note: Return Charge is at own discretion, we do not offer free returns unfortunately.
Personalised Items, Made To Order Items, Socks, Booties and Tights. All hats must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Any items returned to us on this list will be refused on arrival and returned to yourself along with a fee for the return price.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging, unworn and with the bubble wrap provided secured around the box to avoid any damaged being caused while in transit back to our warehouse.
All returns must be returned in a saleable state, in the original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without a label or in the original packaging will not be accepted for a return. Any items returned in damaged packaging such as the plastic sleeve they are provided in or hangers, they will be a £1 fee in order for us to replace these. Please take extra care when returning to make sure items are returned in the condition you received them in. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information regarding this.
Please kindly note that on all order placed using our free shipping over £50, if the value returned makes the order below the £50 value, then the original postage charge of £3.29 is taken from the refund, to compensate for this.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size, please return your order for a refund and reorder the required size on our website.Returns Address:

If the order included free postage originally, this will be taken from the return.
If your item arrives by any chance faulty or defective please email us within 72 hours of receiving your items at the email address provided to discuss. Queries made after 72 hours cannot be investigated further unfortunately. We do quality check all items before sending out and any items returned as faulty will be checked thoroughly for tampering. If an item is faulty we will cover the delivery cost of returning the item to us.
